A study of Metta Meditation and Loving Kindness: The Revolutionary Art of Happiness by Sharon Salzberg. This confidential, supportive circle will grow skills of self-compassion and a practice of Loving Kindness Meditation. Come to nurture yourself and your commitment to contributing kindness and compassion to our world.
